A Slushie Is Great–Except When It’s In Antarctica

What scientists are seeing in Antarctica is leaving them worried.
According to CNN, there’s weird weather going on down there.
Specifically, a 300,000-square-mile section of an ice sheet is melting.
That’s roughly twice the size of California, covered in slush.
Melting ice leads to rain, which leads to more melting ice.
Eventually, that leads to rising sea levels and catastrophic flooding worldwide.
