Biden 2020? Maybe

Long known as the poorest man in the US Senate, Joe Biden also says he needs to fulfill several financial promises to his wife–including paying off their mortgage–before he could ever run for President. But if those things are done, and he’s healthy and the best candidate, Biden said at the SALT hedge fund in Las Vegas, “I may very well do it.” According to CNN, Biden sounded like a man who still has the passion for public office. Biden decided against running for the Oval Office in 2016 due to the death of his son, saying that he knew he couldn’t devote 100% of his attention to the cause. At the conference, he was asked at what point he realized Hillary Clinton was the correct candidate. He replied, “I never thought she was a great candidate. I thought I was a great candidate.”
