Bill Clinton Says Haiti Funds Didn’t Pay For Chelsea’s Wedding, Then Wikileaks DROPS A NUKE!
Former White House occupant Bill Clinton over the weekend took to Twitter to claim that money the Clinton Foundation received for Haiti after the earthquake didn’t help pay for his daughter’s wedding, then Wikileaks stepped in with a scorching hot nuke.
For years, the Clinton Foundation – a “charity” set up by the Clintons after Bill left Office – has received hundreds of millions of dollars from all over the world, yet for some reason it doesn’t have any noticeable achievements, like the Red Cross, which is present during every catastrophic event across the world. For example, the Clinton Foundation received millions upon millions of dollars from the U.S. government to help the Haitians after a 2010 earthquake ravaged the island, yet to this day there’s still Haitians wondering where all the help is.
Worse yet, a Clinton ally in Haiti during the relief effort was arrested for trafficking children – many of whom had families – out of the country. Laura Silsby was attempting to smuggle 33 children out of the country when she was arrested by authorities, and guess who got her off the hook?
Obviously, the Clintons had no love for the Haitians.
But I digress.
Over the weekend, Bill Clinton, who’s steadfastly claimed that he and his family didn’t pillage the funds that were supposed to be used for Haiti, again made the claim, linking to a Washington Post “fact checking” article.
“No Clinton Foundation funds—dedicated to Haiti or otherwise—were used to pay for Chelsea’s wedding. It’s not only untrue, it’s a personal insult to me, to Hillary, and to Chelsea and Marc”
Enter Wikileaks – the media organization with a track record of perfection spanning over a decade. Upon seeing Bill’s disingenuous tweet, the organization tweeted out proof that the money for Haiti was, in fact, used to pay for Chelsea’s wedding.
“Bill Clinton claims that no Clinton Foundation “funds” were used to pay for Chelsea Clinton’s wedding. However, the leaked email from then top Bill Clinton aide Doug Band doesn’t say ‘funds’ it says ‘resources’”
The document Wikileaks linked to was an email between Hillary’s campaign chairman and former Clinton official Doug Band, and guess what Band admits to?
Using Clinton Foundation “resources” on Chelsea’s wedding.
It’s really, really hard to argue against a verified email between two of your closest confidantes. It’s just too bad the majority of the general public won’t ever see this unless it’s shared like crazy across social media.
So why don’t we make this go viral?
