A town in southwestern Oregon is generating big-city buzz for an unlikely reason: Almost the entire town is for sale. The asking price for Tiller, Oregon is $3.5 million. This price brings with it six houses, the shuttered general store and gas station, the land under the post office, and various infrastructure. Nearly 30 years ago, much of the city’s logging practice was shut down due to environmental regulation. The timber mill closed, and families moved away, making it a ghost town. Tiller has already had some bidders, all of which remained anonymous.
